This policy operates alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Data Covered

This policy applies to personal information collected through the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Account information (name, email address)
  • Profile data (creator or brand details)
  • Social media account links and verification data

3. How to Request Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their personal data by:

  • Submitting a written request to:
    Email: joinwebber@gmail.com

Requests must be sent from the email address associated with the account to verify identity.

4. What Happens After a Request

Once a valid request is received:

  • We will verify the requester’s identity.
  • We will begin deletion of personal data within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.
  • You may receive confirmation once deletion is completed.

5. Data That May Be Retained

Despite a deletion request, Webber may retain certain information where required or permitted by law, including:

  • Records required for legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting purposes
  • Information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
  • Aggregated or anonymised data that cannot identify an individual

Retained data will be securely stored and access restricted.

Some personal data may be stored with third-party service providers (e.g. analytics, email, hosting). We take reasonable steps to ensure deletion requests are propagated to those providers where applicable.

8. Abuse Prevention

Webber reserves the right to refuse or delay deletion requests where:

  • Identity cannot be verified
  • The request is manifestly unreasonable or repetitive
  • Data retention is required to prevent fraud or platform abuse
